Delete your Atum passport and data

Atum has no accounts. Your passport is a key in your phone's secure chip.

In the app: Settings → Delete passport → Delete. The app asks Atum to delete everything we hold for the passport:

  • signed minutes;
  • encounters;
  • the pilot log;
  • agent permissions;
  • the device check.

Then it destroys the key on the phone. If you're offline, the request is sent when you're back online.

Without the app (lost phone, app removed): write to hi@atum.digital with your passport number. We'll delete the data within 30 days after confirming the request.

What stays:

  • Fingerprints (roots) already written to the public blockchain. They contain nothing about you and can't be linked to you once the data above is deleted.
  • Records of checks that services made, kept for 12 months to prevent fraud.
